Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Longline products ship directly from our manufacturing partner's facility in China. We are transparent about this because delivery time is the thing customers care about most, and we would rather you know before you order than be surprised after.

Delivery times

Processing: 1 to 3 business days for approximately 90% of orders. Transit to the United States: 5 to 11 business days. Transit to Canada: 6 to 14 business days.

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6 to 14 business days for US addresses and 7 to 17 business days for Canadian addresses. These are the figures our carrier reports, not optimistic estimates. Orders placed during Chinese New Year or the December peak may take longer, and we will say so on the site when that applies.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no threshold and no surcharge for remote addresses within Canada or the continental United States.

Duties and taxes

Import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout for United States addresses. You will not receive a separate customs bill after delivery.

For Canadian addresses, GST or HST may be assessed on arrival in addition to the price paid at checkout, in accordance with Canada Border Services Agency rules. This is a government charge, not one we collect or profit from.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order dispatches. Please allow up to 5 days after dispatch for tracking to show movement, as the first scan sometimes occurs at the point of export rather than at collection.

If your order does not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will either replace it or refund you in full, at your choice. We do not require you to chase the carrier.
