Before you write about sizing

It helps enormously if you include two measurements. Girth, taken just behind the front legs, and neck, where a collar would sit. Breed and weight are useful but not sufficient, because two Labradors of the same weight can be two harness sizes apart.

For muzzles, we need snout length from just below the eyes to the tip of the nose, and snout circumference at the widest point.

Order problems

Include your order number. If something arrived damaged or faulty, attach a photograph and we will sort it without asking you to return the item first.

Training questions

We are happy to point you at the right equipment for a specific problem, and we will tell you honestly when the answer is a trainer rather than a purchase. We are not qualified behaviourists and we will not pretend to be.
