Most dog equipment is sold by category. Collars here, leashes there, harnesses in aisle four. That is a useful way to organise a warehouse and a useless way to help someone whose dog drags them down the street every morning.
Longline is organised the other way round. You tell us what you are trying to fix, and we tell you which pieces of equipment address it, in what order to use them, and how. The gear is the easy part. Knowing that a front-clip harness removes the leverage that makes pulling work, or that a marker means nothing until you have charged it with food, or that a muzzle introduced in one go will be fought forever while one introduced over a week will be offered willingly. That is the part that actually changes anything.
What we sell
Unbranded training equipment, chosen and organised by us. We are not a manufacturer and we do not pretend our harness is a secret design. It is a good front-clip harness at a fair price, sold alongside an honest explanation of what it will and will not do.
What we will tell you
When equipment is the wrong answer. Our reactive dog page says plainly that gear does not fix reactivity and that you should see a qualified trainer. Our retracting leash listing says it will work against you if you are training loose-leash walking. We would rather lose a sale than sell someone the wrong thing and take the return.
Where we ship from
China, in 6 to 14 business days to the US and 7 to 17 to Canada. We say so on every page rather than burying it. If you need something tomorrow, buy it locally, and we mean that.
Where we are
Toronto, Canada. We ship to Canada and the United States.
